This recipe is super simple and a great source of probiotics and prebiotics. Prebiotics are foods that contain nutrients that actually feed the probiotics, like cucumber and garlic. Try this easy and tasty Tzatziki in wraps, or as a dip for veggies or grilled meats.
1 container (8 ounces) plain organic yogurt
1 garlic clove
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
½ tsp sea salt (try Maison Orphée fine grey sea salt)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Purée in blender or food processor until smooth. Any of these ingredients can be adjusted to taste.
